Our process is extensive to ensure a thorough clean.

1. Pre Check - carpet fibre, backing, PH level, extising stains and damage, and carpet fitting.
2. Vacum - Thorough vacoum with a commercial hoover.
3. Stain Treatment - If we feel additional Treatment is needed for any spots or stains.
4. Pre Spray - Pre Spray for correct carpet/stains/traffic is sprayed down and left to dwell. 
5. Agitation - Using a CRB machine or a brush the pre spray is agitated deep into the carpet pile.
6. Extraction - Using a extraction agent to leave the carpet at a safe PH level, and one that works best with the pre spray to deliver the cleaniest results. We use a top of the range Texatherm Hot water extraction machine to extract the pre spray and dirt/soiling out from the carpet. 
7. Post check - Carpet is checked again for any spots/stains that need additional treatment. PH level is checked.
8. Stain Protection - Ask us about our premium stain protection that can be added.
9. Speed Dry - fans and air movers are used to help speed the drying process.
